Born from a compliment we couldn't ignore.
It started with freelance work — building enterprise-grade systems, ERPs, and websites for companies who needed serious software. The work was good enough that clients began saying the same thing: you should make this your company. So we did.
In the beginning, Orbit was purely a software house, known for custom systems wrapped in design people genuinely loved. But we saw the bigger picture. We brought in a team of smart, artistic people obsessed with their craft — and built a full creative and marketing studio alongside the engineering. Then we combined the two.
That combination is the whole point. Most businesses have to hire a design agency and a software company separately, then pray they talk to each other. We put both under one roof — one team that designs beautifully and engineers seriously, working as one.
Why “Orbit”
We searched for a name that could hold both sides of what we do — and found it in one word. Everything we build revolves around the client at the center: brand, content, and systems, all held together by one gravity. An orbit is also how you reach beyond where you started. We began in Kurdistan, a country we love — but Orbit was always built to work globally.
